- Tariff is per cottage from 5pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
- Changeover day is Saturday, unless by arrangement.
- Deposit per week (non-returnable)
- £90 - Yan, Tan & Tethera
- £150 - Long House
- Balance due one month before arrival
- For bookings made less than a month before arrival payment in full is required at the time of booking.
- Cheques payable to "Long House Cottages"
- Credit / Debit cards: Visa Mastercard Delta Maestro
- The number of people staying must not exceed 6 for Long House, 2 or 4 for Yan, Tan & Tethera depending on number booked for.
- Electricity is payable by £1 coin meter
- Bed linen provided, but not towels
- Laundry room - washing machine and tumble dryer. Heated drying room
- No dogs are allowed in the cottages
- No smoking is allowed in the cottages
- The keys to the cottages are collected on arrival from the resident owners.
