How to book
To check availability please contact us by email or phone us on 015394 37222 with your requirements.
Changeover day is usually Saturday, but other days may be available by arrangement.
Deposit per week (non-returnable)
- £100 - Yan, Tan & Tethera
- £170 - Long House
Balance due one month before arrival.
For bookings made less than a month before arrival payment in full is required at the time of booking.
Payment methods
- Cheques payable to "Long House Cottages" and sent to us at Long House Cottages, Great Langdale, Ambleside, Cumbria, LA22 9JS
- Credit or Debit card (Tel: 015394 37222)
- Bank transfer (please ask for account details)
Tariff is per cottage from 5pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
The number of people staying must not exceed 6 for Long House, 2 or 4 for Yan, Tan & Tethera depending on number booked for.
Electricity is payable by £1 coin meter in Yan, Tan & Tethera.
Bed linen is provided, but not towels.
No dogs are allowed in the cottages.
No smoking is allowed in the cottages.
The keys to the cottages are collected on arrival from the resident owners.
Laundry room - washing machine and tumble dryer. Heated drying room.
